1. Who these terms apply to

These terms govern the use of the Osiedlowy website and of the notification list (newsletter). By using the site, you accept them.

The site is run by the team making Osiedlowy. Contact details are in the footer.

2. What this site is

The site is informational and promotional. It presents a game in development, its content and the progress of the work. The site does not host or distribute game files — the game is distributed solely through Steam and is subject to that platform's terms.

Figures about the game's content (number of maps, enemies, weapons and so on) describe a version in development and may change before release.

3. Newsletter

Signing up is voluntary and free. Confirmation happens in two steps: after you submit an address we send a message with a link, and the address joins the list only once you click that link. Without confirmation the address is deleted.

You may leave the list at any time — the link is in the footer of every message, works indefinitely, and requires neither a login nor a reason.

We only send messages about Osiedlowy: playtest sign-ups opening, release, significant changes to the project. We do not pass addresses to third parties for marketing.

4. Rules of use

You must not:

• attempt to circumvent the site's protections or disrupt its operation,
• sign up someone else's email address without their consent,
• scrape the site in a way that places an unreasonable load on the server.

We may restrict access if these rules are broken.

5. Copyright

Artwork, the game's name, logo, descriptions and other material on the site are protected by copyright. Use beyond permitted personal use requires our permission.

Press materials are made available separately — write to the contact address in the footer.

6. Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to, including the Steam store page.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may change — for instance when the playtest opens or new features are added. Every version carries a number and an effective date, shown at the top of this page. Material changes to the newsletter rules will be announced by email to subscribers.

8. Complaints and contact

For anything concerning the site or the newsletter, write to the contact address in the footer. We reply within 14 days.

9. Governing law

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights granted by mandatory provisions of law.
